Step 1 - Preparing To Ship

• Sent us an email for an estimate. Email address is services@HoustonIphoneRepair.com
• Make sure your name, phone number and email address  are included with your device. You can print out the payment confirmation page or simply write your contact information on a piece of paper and include it. 

Step 2 - Mailing The Package to Us

1. Take the package to a local USPS station.
2.  Ask the attendant to add signature confirmation to the package. This costs an extra $2 but it gets you a tracking number and proof that the package was delivered to us.
3. Keep the tracking number they give you to monitor the package's status.
4. Send us the tracking number by email so we can monitor the package status too. 

Step 3 - The Repair & Return Shipping

1. We'll contact you as soon as we receive your device letting you know we got it and go over the repair services with you. 
2. At that time you can pay by phone for your services if you didn't pay online yet. 
3. We will send it back to you and require a signature from you to accept the package.
4. We'll get it to the post office and then send you email saying the phone has been shipped out.
5. You'll get a second email from the US Post Office with a tracking number for your shipment. You can then follow it all the way back
